DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES? 

• We accept returns and exchanges for majority of our items within North America. 
• We provide full refund up to 30 days from original purchase date. Refunds are credited to the payment method used in the original transaction. 
• Merchandise must not be worn, washed and damaged, also needs to be in its original packaging with the original tags and packing slip. Merchandise that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back to you at your expense. 
• The return shipping cost are your responsibility, we are not responsible with lost packages. It is recommended to use a courier with package tracking and insurance. 
• Exchange are subject to the availability of the requested item. 
• All sales item are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. 

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM(S)? 

• Mistakes do happen, we appreciate you letting us know if you've received a defective product.

SHIPPING COSTS?

• US/CANADA: $5.99 CAD shipping flat rate (free shipping on any order subtotal $100 or more).
• INTERNATIONAL: $15.00 CAD shipping flat rate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The orders are shipped via USPS or Canada Post. There will be tracking number available for USPS. Processing orders typically require 3-5 business days. After processing time, please see the approximate shipping time based on location below: 

• US: 3-5 days
• CANADA: 2-5 days
• INTERNATIONAL: 9-18 days

WHAT CURRENCY AM I BILLED IN?

The final amount will be billed in CAD.
